EAT cafe quinoa salad - syns?

Hi all

This is my first post after watching from afar for a while. I've been on SW for 4 weeks and have lost 10lbs so made up. I ate out for lunch today and had the EAT cafe quinoa and rainbow salad. It had: quinoa, butternut squash, spinach, beetroot, broccoli, feta cheese and dressing on the side.

I didn't have the dressing and hoped that the feta can be my healthy extra A (as I've not had any milk or cheese today). If I count 3 for oil that the butternut squash may have been cooked in, do you think that's enough? If anyone has any info, it would be great!

There is nutritional information online but because everything else is free, I wonder whether it would be accurate if I put into the syn calculator. Cheers guys!
