Hi.. I'm just starting SW, tried it before but struggled getting my head around it. You seem to be doing really well. I'm interested to know what you do with your porridge oats when soaked in mullerlight? Do u leave it in fridge overnight. Also whats your free bbq sauce? I'm also starting couch to 5k so can motivate each other. Nai :)

I soak my oats overnight in the muller light in the fridge overnight. In the morning I mix with 2 eggs and fry like pancakes with fry light. I serve with strawberries.

The bbq sauce is online somewhere will see if I can find recipe for you.

The c25k is amazing I'm just starting week 6 today :)

I did slimming world years ago and it wasn't this extra easy plan at all. So I've had to learn this way of eating which when you get your head around it is very versatile. Good luck with your weight losses :)
