Hi all, have been lurking for a while but have decided to take the plunge and start Atkins (won't be starting till Monday tho as going away today till Sunday), my question is, is it okay to eat fatty foods, it's very hard to get your head around. I have read the book but just worried about eating too much fat, is there a limit to how much fat you should eat, for example butter, fat in meat etc. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
