eating out guide - thai food

hi everyone,

its my mum and dad's anniversary tomorrow and we're having a thai takeaway. i havent got the EO guide yet and was wondering if anyone who's got one can give me an idea of something thats is relatively low points, maybe a noodle dish or something, i know chow mein in quite good for chinese. i'm going to save most of my points for the day for it by having veg soup for dinner.

any help will be much appreciated. x
