I just got hijacked last minute at work into going to an italian restaurant. Was a bit worried when all they had on the menu was pizza and lovely creamy sauces. so i asked the waiter if they could make me a plain arrabiata with pasta, as there was nothing healthy on the menu! (see im becoming bold in my quest to lose weight!) It was lovely but now im wondering what syn damage i may have done! it didnt taste very oily but im guessing they would have used some to make the sauce! first time i think i've ever not had a bit of garlic bread :) :D p.s im on green day and the pasta was dried, so its just for the sauce!
    am i rambling again?

No, not rambling! :D And well done you!! It's so hard going out and sticking with those healthy choices. But you did. I hope I'm as good this weekend.

I'm not sure re: syns. But I'm sure others will x x
