Are there any places that that someone's worked out do Cambridge friendly food?

I know Harvester does a flame grilled chicken which is v low in calories, obv not the chips/tato but I wondered if anyone knew of anything else?

I'm so used to socialising at eateries/pubs and this diet so far is killing my social life!

do you like sashimi? tuna sashimi with the shredded white radish it usually comes on would be fine, and i think miso soup is ok too.

I used to work at Harvester! Sorry wanted to put that out there lol my Consultant said anywhere that does a ceaser salad is cwp safe. Ask for the dressing on the side obviously lol x

and no croutons, obviously!

oh yeah and the croutons!! Lol

So salad - is all salad okay? I'm only on SS 200kcal at the mo but when you do 810 is it all good? I don't have a book my CDC said they're printing new ones :/

no tomato, no onion, no carrot, no beetroot.

basically, you can have salad leaves, cucumber, celery, radish, mushroom, cabbage (inc pickled).

You can have other green veg such as broccoli and spinach on 810. Basically it's 'white' low fat protein foods and green veg if you make up your own meals.

I don't totally understand it because they give a recipe for curried lentil soup with onion and a stir fry with rice noodles. Onion and rice noodles are not allowed - except in their recipes!

I'm sure head office or my CDC would explain if I asked, but I'm just sticking to what it says, and it's certainly working.

It's explained in the FAQ section on the next page of the book! I thought the same as you but it basically says the list covers any combination that would be 'safe' where the recipes are checked individually so have more room to add other stuff.

im not entirely sure about this but you could check Nandos. they do a med salad with or without chicken. it does have roasted peppers in but you could ask them to take it out.. and obviously no dressing.
