Eating out

I am really struggling!!!

I like to follow sw not to loose weight but to eat healthy. However as I live at the boyfriends house, and his mum cooks most of the time I struggle!!!! I don't want to seem awkward and say I will do my own as the bf thinks this is rude, however I hate eating what she cooks sometimes!!! I can dodge certain things, but it's bugging me!

I don't have syns during the day so do you think if I kept like this and just had one meal in the evening it would hinder my weight?!

They all seem to think I'm mad when I say anything about dieting so me saying about sw would just be laughed at! I do go to the gym once a day to every other day.

Advice on how to get around this would help. :)
 
well for a start you dont want to be just having 1 meal, maybe save syns so the meal your bf mum does you is syn'd. other than that eat plenty fruit & veg! it helps with the weightloss/target
 
Thanks :) that's what I have been doing! I'm a student nurse do been having fruit all day etc, I do save my healthy extras till the eve and then if I see oil used I take it for a healthy extra if that makes sense and the same for cheese if it's used.
