Hi all,
Have done SW before but always gave up although i did lose a bit of weight. I am following the plan alternate days red and green and really loving it! I exercise regularly so hope to see a weight loss on the plan but i just can't believe that i will lose weight with the amount of food i am consuming!
I haven't felt at all hungry and i actually had to try and fit in my HEs last night - such a change from CD (altho' never knock it as it got rid of over 3 stone for me!) Please assure me that i will lose weight - it's like a permanent feast
I am joining a class tonight to help with motivation so we shall see how it goes

but absolutely adore salmon and it's great to be able to eat it freely on a red day - yumtastic!! I think i would lose weight easier on SW if i stuck to red days but i really prefer the green days!! I'm never happy!!
