Hi all,

I have been following regular SW and thoroughly enjoying the diversity of meals to have. I lost 2lb in first five days (I didn’t but leave it a week to weigh!) and I would like to attempt EESP. But I am confused.....
I see many recipes fall into EESP I feel not served with pasta, rice etc. But we are allowed two HEB. Is this to prevent over indulgence of carbs? Or would they be considered different as only wholemeal is on HEB?

I hope someone can help me!!! :rolleyes:o_O
