Extra Easy SP Heb

This is one of those dumb questions that has probably been posting already but here goes.

Today and tomorrow I am going to attempt EESP days to boost my Monday loss. I understand everything has to basically be speed or protein? So if I go out today for lunch can I use my two heb for say a chicken salad sandwich (i know it will be 800g not 400g the shop uses) and this would count? Lol. I'm so confused by it.

I don't know a huge amount about the new SP plan but from my understanding its speed, protein and 2x hebs and no 'free food allowance' eg in yoghurts, full syns required.. So a chicken salad sandwich would be fine- chicken= protein, salad=speed, bread= hexb x2. Don't forget to guesstimate syns for butter/salad cream etc.
 
Thank you. I ended up scrapping the sp day as I wasn't totally understanding it. But what you have said is pretty much what I understood. So I may give it a bash for a few days and try speed things up :)
