    I once did an egg and grapefruit diet ...... had awful constipation, smelt terrible and it didn't last for long - can't remember if I lost weight, only the side effects!!!

    I think you're only allowed something like 1 egg per day. Eggs are full of cholesterol and shouldn't eat too many.

    my take on Atkins, will do it until i'm bored then go back onto WW methods.
    Couldn't see the appeal in an egg diet... it must be a pretty miserable and boring diet to be on, you need a bit of variety in life.
