egg noodles sybs help

How many syns are in morrisond egg noodles ready to eat.
I have been eating them in stir fry buT haven't lost weight this week.

The chilled ones are 3.5syns, only dried egg noodles are free as ready cooked ones have oil added to stop them sticking together x
