Egg Yolks

1. Custard - whisked with splenda (or AN other sweetner) in a bowl over boiling water till thickens, then continue to mix in fave plain/ish yoghurt (Vanilla, Banana Custard) or FF Fromage Frais etc.

2. Syn Free Lemon Curd - as above but add juice & grated rind of lemon. Consistency controlled by amount of yogurt/FF.
