Hi guys

Can anyone tell me how many pp are in an egg? Thank you.

1 medium egg = 2pp

2 points per medium egg.
If you are eating the yolk only its 2 points or you can have 1 egg white for 0 points or 2 egg whites for 1 point.

i'm confused if the yolk is 2pp each and 2 whites is 1pp would that not make it 5pp!!! If 3 medium eggs are 5pp that's a good thing for me lol xxxx
