So, started SW on Thursday.  The first couple of days were a little bit awkward, trying to work out syns for stuff, and not being 100% sure on what I should replace what with, (and having a day on the archery field where the only food available was hot dogs and donuts....) but I've soon settled down and made up for the syns by having a completely syn free day yesterday, and I'll have the same today.  Had a sneaky weigh in this morning, and I've already shed a couple of pounds - from 13 st 5 to 13 st 3.
