Rather than going down all the posts saying hello to everyone new I thought I'd post my very own Hello.
Now lets see, where are we?
I am struggling to lose 5st and have decided to commit myself to the SW plan again and set myself some goals of having shifted at least most of it by the end of this year.
I spend every Brithday, Christmas, New Years, Holidays saying, next year will be different, I'll be slimmer and I'll have a partner again............so this year I'm going to take the best part of the year to make all that happen.
Gone are the quick fix solutions and I just need to get my mind in the right place to get down to business.
