Afternoon, today I’m wearing leggings that didn’t fit me back in December!! 😍😍

Today’s food

Breakfast - fruit salad, fat free yogurt

Lunch - leftover cottage pie (1) skinny latte (using my hexa milk for this) will say 1 syn in case it’s slightly over my milk allowance.

Dinner - quorn nuggets (4.5) 2 x sausages (2) homemade chips, mushrooms, pickled onions, rice pudding pot (5.5)

Supper - ham and cheese toastie (HEXA AND HEXB) strawberries

Breakfast - SW fry up (2 syns + HEXB toast)

Lunch -tuna pasta, fruit salad, Costa small skinny latte (3.5)

Snack - 6 quorn nuggets (3)

Dinner - Mac and cheese (2 HEXA) rice pudding pot (5.5)

Syns - 14

Today’s food plan

Breakfast - porridge (HEXA & HEXB) 2 x boiled eggs, strawberries

Lunch - spinach and mushroom crust less quiche (HEXA cheese).


Dinner - off to a carvery so will be having meat and lots and lots and lots of veggies! And maybe a roast potato or 2 😝 will say 6 syns to be safe.

Breakfast - bacon and mushrooms on toast (HEXB)

Lunch - made a huuuuuge superfree salad (cucumber, pickles onions, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, gherkins, celery) tea (1/2 hexa)

Dinner - takeaway - chicken In black bean sauce (8.5)


Will fit in my other HEXA somewhere tonight. Weigh in tomorrow! 💖
 
Afternoon, lost 3lbs at weigh in this morning!! Meaning I’m bang on 16stone. So happy with that!! Meaning I should be in the 15s next week 😍❤️

Today’s food

Breakfast - toast (HEXB) butter (2)

Lunch - baked potato with beans and salad. Also had 2 mini flapjack bites which I’m not going to syn as it’s my little treat on weigh in day.

Dinner - SW sausages, chips, beans and sprouts

Snack - will update
HEXA will be tea through the day and night

Lunch - tomato soup (4) fruit salad

Dinner - SW sausages, veggie rice (2.5) chips, mushrooms, sprouts

Supper - fish finger and lettuce sandwich (4 syns + HEXB)

Both hexas will be milk throughout the day xx

Lunch - spicy chicken with uncle bens rice (2.5) sprouts and onions

Dinner- thinking Indian takeaway tonight. Maybe chicken shashlick? Will update XX
 
Sorry I haven’t updated in so long! Been super busy. Had a few job interview so have been preparing for those. Still on plan.. had a STS this morning but I’m happy with that. Xxx

Lunch - costa skinny latte (using both my HEXAS) to cover this... and maybe some sushi if I can find any on my lunch break

Dinner - I really want chilli but not sure if I have the ingredients for it, will have a look later.
 
Hey everyone! Back from Amsterdam, had ana amazing time and ate soooooo much delicious food!! I weighed myself this morning and i have somehow managed to maintain, we did walk over 40 miles in total over 4 days which might have something to do with it lol... back on it today!

Breakfast - quorn sausages (3) this was all I could stomach this morning lol

Lunch - bacon and mushroom omelette

Dinner - tandoori chicken kebabs

Will fit in my hexs somewhere through the day xx

Hi everyone. Still here and plodding along lol... weigh in tomorrow and it’s looking like maintain for me (I had a little peek) but I’m ok with that as I’m on my period this week so I kind of expected that. Could change so we’ll see tomorrow morning 🙂 xxxxx
 
Wow I lost 2lbs this morning! Didn’t expect that lol... so now 15st10 and got my stone award! xx

Morning! I’ve been thinking about another goal to set myself... my BMI is currently 36.6 which is still very high and not great. So I’m thinking about setting my goal BMI for the next few weeks to maybe 33ish? I don’t know how many pounds I’d have to lose to achieve that but I guess I’ll just see. I think that’s achievable. I wish I had more faith in myself sometimes. I know I can do it!! Xx
