Thanks Mini, although it makes me feel uncomfortable I don't know how to make the photos appear large, only seem to be able to attach thumbnails.

SB, I don't have enough words to tell you the admiration I have for you, and for what you have achieved. It is just fantastic, incredible, jawdropping. It's people like you, and BL, and Porgeous, who provide such true inspiration for anyone starting LL, or thinking about starting. You are the perfect proof that we can take control of our lives, our eating habits, and our weight, and that we really can be that person we all know we are inside.

I am still in shock myself. Can't believe I have achieved what I set out to do less than a year ago.
Why did I put it off so long and let it get to that stage.
12 stone of heartbreak and disappointment GONE!
The way I look at it is that I've put my past baggage into that extra person and cast her off.
Doesn't mean I won't accumulate some more though!
At the moment I am so thrilled and it has a positive effect on every aspect of my life.
Unbelievable.

It's wonderful - it really is, SB. But please don't look at them and feel ashamed of who you used to be. You're not her anymore, you're a new, fitter, healthier, more confident and amazing SB, and the woman you were is a memory. Am glad you're proud of your acheivement - it's amazing and is something to always hold onto.

I LOVE "clownpants" photos - and I am really looking forward to having mine donw. I've kept certain trousers to be able to do them. Then they're going on my fridge.
