Well ... flippin internet!!!
Have spent the last few days clinging to my internet connection by my finger nails.. man from Virgin came yesterday and finally fixed it so I am back online permanantly.
So how have things been?
Kinda ok I think. Mr Scales has been sick, delirious in fact as he told me I had a 7lb gain in a week!!! Think not , so I have invested in my own scales and they told me I had stayed the same .. phew!!
The weekend was difficult as we had the Airshow.. DA is a fireman at the airport so we were attending and camping overnight. Disco and BBQ laid on.
So food wise not great, but could have been a lot worse. Back on track on Monday and the scales are showing a pound loss this morning but weigh in should be Friday. Have done green days which I dont usually do so will see whether there is any difference in my loss.
Have decided that I really really need a new job. So am going to get my C.V up to date and start applying.
This week I have discovered that DA actualy does notice my weight loss..
