Mines frylight, and mushrooms! I literally put mushrooms with everything pretty much..

I know a lot of people say quark but i'm never overly sure what to make out of it haha.

i made a good dish with quark ! like a pavlova or eton mess!
just mix some quark with sweetener to taste (i also put in little lemon juice and little vanilla extract)
cut up strawberries
and crush up as many small meringues as you want (the ones that come in the tubs that are about 2inces wide are 1 syn each)
so however many meringues you use.... thats how many syns in it !

or of course you can just enjoy the strawberries with the quark! no meringue needed for a free desert :)

I find quark foul with sweetener lol. I use vanilla fat free yog as a cream substitute :) Its fab for quiche though. I have soo many trolly essentials, alpen lights are number 1. And tinned tomatoes! xx

Shape delights crumble varieties....so thick and creamy, they feel like a real treat after mullerlites! Only 1/2 syn each!

Gosh I have so many essentials! A nice selection of veggies is an absolute must!!

pineapple and melon are always on my list. Del Monte must be making a fortune out of me. This is what I eat for breakfast with mullerlight. Also peppers and celery are musts.

For me it is the Tesco 3 for £10/4 for £12 offer on meat; salmon, peppered steaks, chicken breasts, chops - I feel like I am in there every few days stocking up! I could never be a vegetarian!

Great thread! Always good to see what everyone else is eating :) Mine would have to be lots of chicken, pork, veg, fruit, mullerlights, alpen lights, noodles, rice, shredded wheat, slim milk, spaghetti hoops, hartleys sugar free jelly and beans!
