Well my box arrived today eek! (despite me ordering next day delivery a week ago then them messing that up then me reserving a thursday delivery and it showed up today!!) ah well, cant complain. Its here now.

So getting stuck in tomorrow. Can't wait tho bit nervous. Gona weigh myself in the morning and take measurements then weigh in every thursday. Think ill have a shake for brunch (im off work tomorrow), mushroom pasta and veg for dinner, a shake for dessert and then a bar with a cup of coffee in the evening.

Gona keep a diary of my trials and tribulations here.

Roll on tomorrow.

Well had a crispy vanilla pack at about 12 today. Was ok tho i made it up cold n think would have been nicer hot.

I did however trip with it in my hand and it ended up all over the floor along with broken glass had to get another packet out/clean up.

Is this a sign the diets not for me lol?
