Today I've eaten:
Weetabix + banana with hexA almond milk

Lunch:
Chicken sweetcorn lettuce wraps with carrot sticks + hummus 4 syns

Dinner:
Homemade hashbrowns
Chicken fajitas
HexA2 reduced fat cheese

Total 4 syns so far

Will have a Muller light later :)

Didnt have the muller light in the end, ended the day on 4 syns :)

Today:

Breakfast:
weetabix, almond milk (half hexA) + banana

Lunch:
baked sweet potato, beans, cheese + carrots with hummus 4 syns for hummus (2nd hex A)

Dinner:
Not made yet but will be
5% mince, fresh tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, passata, with pasta + 20g (half hex A) of reduced fat cheese

Dessert:
Half tub oppo for 10 syns :)

Total syns 14

Scales still same this morning and I walked 12k steps yesterday viewing a property other side of London
 
Day 10 of no movement on the scales
Made:
Hashbrowns, eggs + beans on wholemeal toast
0.5syns for the ketchup :)

Dinner will be pasta from yesterday which I didn't have

I ordered sushi which I counted as 3 syns for nori and maybe some sugar in the rice which is usual for sushi but it wasn't sweet

Maybe your scales aren't working properly?
you should generally see fluctuations at some point over 10 days whether up or down?
which scales do you have? or maybe you could check on some other scales or someone elses?
And do you wear the same clothes each time you weigh?
Personally I find the best time to weigh is first thing in the morning when you've just got up and been to the toilet and also naked , so there's no qualm on clothes weight...that's what i do anyway and i weigh every day:)

I've been up and down 1/2lb but nothing else

Hmmmm....strange! Maybe your just consuming and burning the correct amount to maintain then 🤔 🤷‍♀️ I'm sure they'll budge soon though:)🤞

Still the same 😂


Yesterday I ate:
The breakfast I attached 0 syns
Loads of veg spag bol + he A 0 syns
Muller light 1 syn
Oppo half 10 syns
Ferrero rocher X 3 - 10 syns

Total 21 syns which is ok for my 25 syn allowance
Was having a sweet craving :)
 
Day 12 of weighing the same
Yesterday I ate:
Sweet potato + left over veggie pasta
Steamed eggs
Chicken + veggie curry with rice

All above no syn

Syns:
3 ferrero rocher 10 syns
Rowntree fruit stacker ice lolly 3 syns
 
Made pasta bake for dinner:
Peppers
Tomato
Onion
Chicken
Pasta
Pasatta with quark, garlic + herbs

Isn't pretty but syn free

Had a rowntree fruit stacker lolly for 3 syns

Total for today: 11

Today's food

I had a big brunch + late ish dinner
6 syns total 4 in sausages 2 in spaghetti hoops

6 syn dinner in 3 sausages
Lots of cabbage + spring onion added to my mash with quark + boiled eggs

Had satsumas and an alpen bar in the afternoon as my Hex B

Will have a rowntrees fruit stacker for 3 syns in 30 mins :)

3 small white bread rolls + butter + mayo - 19 syns
Fruit salad free
Chicken satay 2.5 syns
White chocolate magnum 12 syns

Had poke (sushi bowl) + sugar free fruit green tea for dinner

But I don't mind :)

First time seeing my best friend in 4 months so was worth it!

Made a slimming world friendly lasagna
6 portions 240g cheese :)
Top is quark, egg, garlic powder, onion powder

Honestly it's really good

Dinner I had kebabs, with salad + tzatziki (garlic, pepper, grated cucumber in fat free yoghurt)

7.5syns for the kebabs

Breakfast has been using my hex A and hex B on grapenuts + a fruit salad

Dinner tonight will be pork mince + udon noodles + bak choy
