Estelle's SW Food Diary - the journey to a new me!!

Hi folks! :)

I just joined a Slimming World group in Rosyth last Wednesday (May 2nd 2012) so thought I'd start making a note of the meals I have every day on here. I'm filling out the paper food diary you have to complete for the first four weeks, but I find it much easier writing down the actual meals I've had etc, instead of just writing down the ingredients! I'll be adding the occasional photo and recipe too, and feel free to leave any comments! I'll start with yesterday's food diary:


Saturday 5th May, 2012

Breakfast: Ham, mushroom and cheese toastie. Made with 2 slices w/meal bread (HEb), wafer thin ham, sliced mushroom, and 45g mozzarella (HEa). I sprayed the bread with frylight before putting it in the toastie machine. Yum!!

Lunch: 2 small baked potatoes with baked beans.

Dinner: Chicken stir fry with noodles.

Syns: 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns), 2 x funsize Mars bars (8 syns), 250 ml rose wine (9 syns). Total: 18.5 syns. It sounds a lot of syns for one day, but the previous day I only used 4, and the day before that (my first full day on the SW plan) I didn't use any.
