nope its not cs ...its just a bug my OH's had it too!

Must be a bug, i was the same yesterday and last night hence no postings from me

Feel slightly better now but just gonna catch up on some sleep all day.

It cant be CS cos me n kels aren't doing the CS shakes anymore and the 4 weeks i was on it i felt fab
