I used to do this after every weigh in, I'd always buy more than I could eat but force it down cos knew I couldn't eat it the next day and I always felt a bit sick after. Since my weigh day has changed to Monday I've stopped for some reason. To be honest though it hasn't really affected my losses. Infact I've been sticking more recently while I tended to have more regular losses when I used to binge after weighing. I'm still gonna try not to do it because one of my problems with food is being a big binger at times and I'm trying to change my attitude to food! Failed completely at this on Sunday and feel much like you, but gotta keep trying!
