hi gem... ive been very naughty and not touched cd for 4 days but ive kicked myself up the butt now and back to it tomorrow. 10 days until i go away for the weekend so the short bursts of 100% keep me going.

completed day 2 of shred and boy do i ache!! how u getting on with it?

I haven't done shred since day one! Ooopsy! Managed to keep 100% although I'd really like just a salad with cheese!!! Mmmmmmmm struggling!!!
