i was just wondering how all you super weight loss wonders are shaping up? do you find your bodies taking shape or is there lots of excess skin? are any of you exercising as well?? whats the best way to tone up as you lose it?? any ideas are more than welcome!!

I think if you have a lot to lose it is best to exercise to try and tone up as much as you can. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do light weights for toning and in winter will be playing badminton once or maybe twice a week. I also do quite a lot of walking, which is great for toning. If you can exercise, I would. Do take it very easy at first though and if you are very tired or getting shaky, stop.

I've started to go to my exercise classes went 3 times last week and have gone twice this week so far. I definately think that exercise helps you tone up. Roll on saturday till my weigh in.

hi vanilli im not starting any exercise yet but have got my pilates dvd ready and i like going on the bike too.
