Excited for New Year and new start!

I rejoined in December and have lost 4.5lbs so far, I can't wait to get back to plan 100% and make 2011 the year that I slim down to a weight that I am happy with

I shall probably be here a lot more for that reason - hope everyone else is looking forward to the new year

Good luck!! I'm hoping to rid myself of 2 stone of baggage (1 stone of which has appeared since November :-( grrrr!!!) this has to be the year!!! I really hope SW works for me as it's a great plan. I've decided to give up alcohol completely for the first month or longer as it always hi-jacks my efforts!!!

I'm excited as well. I already hopped back on the waggon on Tuesday, just coming off for New Years Eve, and now straight back on it. I've reaquainted myself with exercise (went to the gym Wed and Thur, and for a swim to loosen up my sore muscles on Friday) and already feel so much better than I did this time last week.
