I'm on a mission!!!
Right, I have been watching "Obese, a year to save my life" on Sky 1 (I think).
In it the (super hunky and rather fit!!) trainer specialises with the super obese people and works with them over a year.
He sets them a goal of losing 10 stone over the course of a year. The first episode I missed, Episode 2 - she was 2lb off the 10 stone and Episode 3 - I think she was nearly 10.5 stone!!
I have therefore decided that I am also going to challenge myself to 10stone in 12 months!!
My challange started November 1st 2011 and will take me through to November 2012. To date (But only since November) I have lost 3 stone all but 1lb.
This means I have 40 weeks tomorrow to lose 7stone 1lb (99lbs). This equates to a weekly loss of just under 2.5lbs a week (on average)!!
Wish me luck!!!
