I've been bk doing slimming world for 3 wks, 1st wk lost 3.5lbs 2nd wk only .5lb and the 3rd wk I put on 1.5lbs. All 3 wks I was sticking to ee plan I do a weekly menu and stick to it, I very rarely go over 10syns. I was just looking for some advise where I gained on that wk I started exercising nhs couch to 5k 3xwk and a exercise dvd x2 also some days I did not have any syns (I didn't do it on purpose I just didn't happen to have any). I am hoping that the weight gain is just water retention so have been drinking lots to hopefully help.
Has anyone else found they gained weight when they started exercising and when did the exercise start paying off?
