Exercise question

    Current Weight:
    17st1.4lb
    Goal Weight:
    12st0lb
    Lost(%):
    1st11.6lb(9.66%)
    Diet:
    WW then JUDDD
    Should you exercise on up days or can you do it on on up or down day?
    Also do you eat back your exercise cals? I wasnt planning to but not sure it that would affect losses

    I don't think you are supposed to eat back exercise cals on a DD, but exercise when suits you.. if I can have a banana/protein shake in my 500 cals I go gym, and never feel funny or exhausted or like I can't do it!
