Anyone know whats the best exercise to do on a daily basis to help speed up weight loss at a steady pace, we have a x trainer exercise bikes and multi gym, just need the motivation and some sort of routine
I find that If I run twice a week for 5km or 3 miles... even if it takes an hour then swim once a week that does help my weight loss without killing me.
The cross trainer is ok but I find the arm things difficult as im short.
Also I just got 'Just Dance 3' on Kinect (do it for Wii too) and doing that for 30 mins of an evening is a great laugh and burns more cals then you would expect (close the curtains tho else the neighbours might think your having a fit lol) It also puts a smile on your face, we all love a dance !!
