I really don't see why it would hold on to it. If you are ketosis, as you probably are, your body needs to burn fat for energy as it has no carbs to use and exercise is reccomended. It can only help, not hinder, fat-loss surely, although you do have that whole thing about muscle weighing more the fat, but I refuse to let that put me off as in the longer term muscle burns more energy when resting?

Im doing cardio so shouldn't have thought I will be building loads of muscle. I will carry on then, just trying to work out why I have small losses recently.
