Exercising on LT and CD etc...any experiences

:confused: I had joined Curves a while back which was good for increased energy....didnt loose any weight despite what the ads say...however was thinking of going back as it might be an idea get a bit more toned given how much weight I plan to drop in the next few weeks:D:D:D:D. Anyone exercising and any pros and cons to share???

Hi Bea, I was told it was fine to exercise (I'm a crosstrainer addict!!) but told not to do it in hte frst week and then just to take it slowly and carefully. Have been on my crosstrainer a couple of times and feel fine!! I would go mad without it.... Ireckon just start gently and see how you get on.

I would leave it for a couple of weeks then start gently to see how you cope. Dont forget you are on much less calories as you are used to so may not be able to do much without feeling dizzy etc.
Listen to your body though ! And take it easy.
