Extra easy and green question please help

Ok now I follow extra easy normally but looking at today's planned menu it's looking more like a green day.
Now my question is should I be have the extra hex to be able to lose weight or is it ok to not have it? Does it make a difference to weigh loss?

It is fine not to have it - just call it an EE day, you don't have to have free foods from the red plan in order for a day to be EE :)
If its a green day, you SHOULD have your 2 HexBs, but can opt to still only have one of the two HexAs. Neither option will make you put on anything. If there isnt 1/3 superfree on the plate though, then dont call it an extra easy.
