Hi everyone
As you can see I have gained half a pound this week but thats fine spoke to my swc and I know what I did wrong so not upset.
Anyway I bought the new cookbook this week and OMG it is fab just made a chicken potato and spinich curry and it is fab. Dont know how i survived without it.
