I mainly do EE as I find it less headwork and gives me so much variety!! However I occasionally throw in some green or red days! Sometimes I realise towards the end of the day that I'm actually on a green or red because it dawns on me I haven't actually had meat/fish or carby stuff/pulses/peas/sweetcorn and I have been known to jump out of bed and sneak into the kitchen cupboard for a couple of Alpen lights (2nd HEXb) because I CAN lol!! I'm that sad!!X
