Extra easy help

Hiya

Was wondering if someone could explain the Extra Easy part of slimming world to me in laymen terms I'm finding it hard to get my head round ..

Would b really grateful

unlimited meat fruit veg pasta potatoes, measured healthy extras milk /cheese and bread/cereals and 5-15 syns which are naughty things like chocolate crisps and alcohol
 
The key thing as I understand it, seems to be make sure you get that third of 'super free' foods eaten. This helps the balance so that the temptation to over eat with any free food is avoided as you feel fuller sooner.
