Extra easy Mexican dinner ideas

Hey people

Any ideas how I could make Mexican food the sw way! My fella loves fajitas and enchiladas, but bet they are full of horrific syns!!

Fajitas aren't that bad if you're just doing onion, bell peppers and meat wrapped in a tortilla. The seasoning is pretty straightforward too. Sometimes I'll put the filling on ryvita instead...but thats just me

Burritos are easy, sin free chilli left to go cold so it firms, add to a wrap with small amount of grated low fat cheese (HEA) wrap together and add couple bits grated cheese on top and bake in oven till hot. Serve with salad (weight watchers cheese nachos (4 sins a packet ) and jalapeños

Yeah the filling is easy, just adapt any Mexican recipe to make it SW friendly and use WW wraps @ 5 syns each to put stuff in

Wonderful thanks loads! I'm never any good at adapting I just thought wraps would be loads! Lol
