Extra Easy: need help synning my sarnie!

Hi everyone,

Right I’m having real issues synning my sandwich. I just didit on the Slimming World website and worked it out at 6 syns which can’t beright?!

Per pack-

277 cals
13.1g protein
38.9g carbs
6.9g fat

It’s Sainsburys be good to yourself egg and cress.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pre-packed sandwiches like this don't count for any free food allowance so it's a straight 20 calories = 1 Syn.

277 / 20 = 13.85 which I would count as 14 Syns.

Sorry. Things like this are notoriously high!

You can def deduct 6 syns for your bread being a he so long as its whole meal. It says so in the website

You can - although the majority of pre-packed sandwiches are either on white, brown (which is not the same as wholemeal) or granary, etc.
