Extra Easy: Tasters Night!!!

Hi guys, its taster night on monday i want to do something sweet. I was going to make the lemon couscous cake into little fairy cakes but have read contradictory posts about the couscous and whether it needs to be synned or not. whats everyones opinion on the couscous and any other ideas for taster night would be greatly appreciated

I made the roulade last night, was really lovely. Mixed fresh strawberries through the quark turned out really well
