i dont think it would be worth it for me then, just dont get EE at all and my new book is all about EE
If you cannot have meat, you are basically doing green days but giving up a HEA and a HEB!
I'm veggie and I wondered the same thing and finally decided it wasn't worth it. I don't know about you but the majority of the food I eat are speed foods anyway and I don't want to miss out on my HE's!

I agree, unless you eat fish then you have nothing to gain from doing EE, and you would actually lose because you would have fewer HEs. The green plan is a great one for vegetarians as all the foods that go to make up a healthy vegetarian diet are free foods. As said, it is still useful however to base your meals around superfree foods rather than solely on free foods.
I agree too....no need. You would lose healthy extras. ie,nuts etc which give you needed proteins. Just stick to green if I was you.
