Hi all,
I'm under the belief that syns for extra easy recipes go off the lowest syn value between original & green..
I was getting my head around this but I've found a nice recipe from Oct 2009.. The recipe is for saucy steak and frites but the syns are as follows..
-green=18.5 syns
-original =7
-EE=1/2????
Please can someone explain? Xx
