You can eat freely any foods that are free on either Red or Green, but 1/3 of your meal must be superfree (fruit or veg). You're not restricted to a number of meals - the key is to eat until satisfied. You also have the same 5-15 daily syn allowance as well.

The sticky thread at the top called Slimming World Advice for New comers (Including Extra Easy) should give some more detail on all plans.
I was told that with extra easy I had to have three meals a day and I've also been told that I could basically eat as much green and original free foods as I wanted on the same day. I'm following the slimming world plan by using the magazines as guidance and a few friends have explained some things-although they've told me different things!
