I have been a bit stuck with EE too, so I have reread the SW book to remind myself of it all. It advises to fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree foods (most fruit and veg) with every meal and try to use these for snacks in-between meals. So for example, if you do have chicken and SW chips for tea, fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree veg (roasted onion, butternut squash, and tomatoes) or have a bowl full of fruit.
