I've been doing EE plan since September and last week got my 1 stone sticker - Nearly everyone in our class follows EE and most seem to have really good losses. I think the trick is to plan what you're going to have to eat at least the day before and then stick to it. Our group leader always says to look at how much we've lost over a month rather than a week as that puts any STS or gains into perspective - personally that's probably easier said than done :eek:

I have been on plan since beginning of august and lost 11.5lb so far but didn't have a huge amount to lose in the first place so averaging 1lb a week, only have 6.5lb to my SW target :)

Wow sounds like your all doing really well on it .. thanks given me the boost to carry on :) have really been craving sweet food particulaly chocolate. I have approx one and half stone to lose how many sins do you think i should have per day ? thanks to all xx
