I only started recently, 3rd weigh in this week, but after reading lots of threads on here i tried Melon as a remedy to when im a bit naughty and it is working miracles.
If i go a bit off track i try and eat melon for the next few days and it seems to sort me out and still get me a loss. I try and eat it with my breakfast and lunch as my 1/3rd.
Also drinking lots of water!
