Hi Everyone
I am new to this site and new to slimming world, I am trying to get my head around it...
I have tried it before and could not lose ant weight,
now I am determined to lose this weight, Just cant do pp any more...
I am a bit confused about the meat you can have, they say eat as much as you want to feel full, with meat veggies and pot ect.
But when i was looking in the book it said 100g Free
Do you have to weigh the meat, What if i had 200g!!!
and do you have to fill your plate with ss foods at every meal!!!!!
Thank you all in advance... I really want to do this!!!!!
