Extra hex b's

Just a quickie, I know this has been answered before but if you have an extra hex b how many syns is it?

So is the general rule 6 syns? That's nice to know, though I think Weetabix Oaty bars are a HEXB and they are only 3.5 syns :S

It does depend on what you are having so syn them as individual foods rather than as a HE.
