Extra Syn Allowance for Men and Diabetics?

Hi everyone just wondering on what the rules are for Men at SW? My husband is thinking of doing it alongside me. I go to the meetings on a thursday.
Do they have a higher Syn allowance?
Also what a Diabetics? He is Type 2 Diabetic, do they have any "extras" allowed?
